Professional practice for the first class of Tsinghua University Master's Program in Nuclear Engineering and Management(TUNEM) start on September,2018, which is a compulsory training part of professional master degree. The opening ceremony at Qinshan base is held on September 17th and the practice of 2017 TUNEMers begin at China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) officially.

Opening Ceremony
In the following two weeks, 24 international students from 8 countries i.e. Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sudan, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and UK will participate in many practical activities. They will be introduced the history of Chinese nuclear development, take part in lectures such as Nuclear Power Plant Safety, Culture, and Technology, and join cultural exchanges with local youth.

TUNEM program is a beneficial attempt to establish an international talents cultivation platform among Chinese government, foreign governments, Tsinghua University and three nuclear enterprises. It is a rewarding exploration of promoting Chinese nuclear technology to Go Global.
