On November 26, 2022, the 9th session of the Dandelion Program-Cultural Exchange Series was successfully launched with a virtual cultural exchange event. "Places to Visit in your Country" was the topic of the opening sharing session of the cultural exchange series. A Malaysian student named Bryan Yong Wei Hoong organized the session and invited his friends Leong Zheng Hao and Amanda Dhyan Purna Ramadhani remotely to showcase the tourism attractions in their home country.

Malaysian student Leong Zheng Hao, a student of TUNEM 2021 shared his favourite places in his country. During his presentation, he included Malacca, Penang Island, and Kuala Lumpur as must-see locations in Malaysia. To truly enjoy Malaysia, he recommended and listed the local cuisine that everyone must try.

Amanda Dhyan Purna Ramadhani also a student of TUNEM 2021 introduced Indonesia, a stunning nation. Around 18,000 islands make up Indonesia, with the larger ones including Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua, Jawa, Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat and Timur. There were lots of activities that can be done in all the islands, for instance, scuba diving, island visit, temple visit, etc. Indonesia was a must-visit destination for everyone who enjoyed island hopping.

In the nutshell, all of the places mentioned during the event were gorgeous and stunning. I hope that all of us can have the opportunity to go on a trip and have fun together by visiting all these attractions especially in China!
There will be a total of 10 more session in this cultural exchange program. We hope to foster mutual understanding between different nations and cultures through this cultural exchange program and ultimately help all TUNEM students enhance their global capabilities
