● 主要从事加速器物理与技术方向,涉及加速器束流物理、电磁场理论、微波技术等领域。

主要开展先进电子直线加速器研制及应用研究,以及新型微波结构和新型高功率微波源的研制和应用研究。2019年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目支持,同时作为负责人或协助负责人承担国家自然科学基金等科研项目20余项,发表SCI、EI文章80余篇。担任IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science期刊副主编,Nuclear Science and Technology (核技术英文版,NST)期刊编委。

近期开展的主要研究课题包括:

● 电子直线加速器的研制和应用。致力于开发用于不同应用的各类电子直线加速器,包括货物检查、辐照和放射治疗。

● 高梯度加速结构研究。对高梯度结构的射频击穿机制进行了一系列理论和实验研究,实现了测试结构在高于110 MV/m加速梯度下的稳定运行。负责清华大学紧凑型准单能伽马源项目该项目的加速器分系统,研制其主加速段的80MV/m高梯度加速结构。

● 高频偏转腔及其应用研究。研制多种形式的高频偏转腔,并利用其进行束流纵向整形和诊断工作,在实验中获得了纵向不对称束流的高变压器比率。

● 开发新型微波脉冲压缩器和基于同轴磁控管功率合成的新型微波功率源。
